This week, I'm talking to Danielle Leonetti aka "The Scrapper on the Street" about her frequent visits to Disney and how she documents them. Danielle is a Cast Member at Disney and I had a blast asking her a boatload of questions about being part of the magic!

You can find Danielle online at Scrapper on the Street.
The thing I love most about Danielle is her enthusiasm for scrapping, her love of Disney and she makes a lot of videos! Check out this cute one about "Capturing Firsts" at Disney...
Love this sweet layout she shows in the video...
Here's a video showing her entire album - love this...
Be sure to check out Danielle's blog for more of her wonderful work!

I've known Dani for a while and am so glad you were able to interview her! She's a gem. I love her comparison of CA and FL parks and I adore her scrappy style. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteGreat episode! It was so interesting hearing from a Disney employee. I can't imagine living only 20 minutes away. I'd probably go there for dinner every night.
ReplyDeleteI love the video of Dani's album. I have pictures of a Disney trip to scrap and have been torn between traditional 12 x 12 pages or pocket pages. After seeing Dani's album - I don't have to decide. I think I'll do a mixture of both.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiration!
Learned so much! Have not been to Disneyland since I was a child. Time. To go back.
ReplyDeleteLoved the episode. Actually my husband and I are moving to Orlando in 7 years so we can be just 20 mins from the fun. I would have to say listening to your podcasts are very inspiring. I have been to Disney at least 16 times (I kind of lost count lol). I have so many pictures and have always felt over whelmed by the amount and unsure how to scrapbook them all, until your podcast about pocket pages for Disney trips. I scrapbook 12x12, which I am converting to 8.5 x 11, but for my Disney trips, I will do a pocket pages scrapbook. Thank you for all the inspiration that you and your guests give. Keep it up :)

ReplyDeleteOutstanding episode! I love Dani and it was great hearing her talk Disney (as always). Seriously, Tracie you need to come visit Disneyland, it's such a wonderful park.
ReplyDeleteI know there has been a ton of love for Say Cheese (personally, I'm not a fan), but I love how often this show has shown that you don't need to use any particular supplies, you don't need to go in any particular order and that there is no right or wrong way. It's great to have a podcast that really embraces all kinds of scrapping, especially because unlike most scrapbooking, Disney often gets "themey".
I have loved every episode, but I really loved the episode with Nancy Damiano because she is a scrapbook hero of mine and her Disney pages are some of my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI was inspired by your guest -- I don't recall who it was, sorry -- who uses bright Simple Stories paper (not from a themed line) to scrap Disney. I picked up a collection pack and plan to use it to make my first Disney album! ~ Laura
ReplyDeleteI have never been to Disney but have still enjoyed every single episode. My husband and I just decided we were going to plan our first trip for this time next year (hopefully!) I look forward to this show every week. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed this episode. It was neat to hear of the perspective from a Disney employee. She has so much enthusiasm! I used to live in California and never appreciated being an hour away. Now, I am on the east coast and Disney World is a twelve hour drive. Tracie, I look forward to listening to each and every podcast. Sherri
ReplyDeleteAnother great episode! As someone who's gone to Disney too many times to count, it's great to continue to get inspiration to scrapbook all those wonderful trips
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun show to listen to...it was interesting to hear an insiders perspective to Disney. Regarding Magic Bands, we have several due to multiple trips & split stays and they all work for every trip since they hold they are linked to the My Disney Experience app. We have almost all the colors and bring them all with us so we can coordinate them to our outfits. ha!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the prize offering..the stamps and dies look great!
I think my favorite idea is to use pocket pages and the Simple Stories snap products to complete an entire album quickly and simply. Thank you Tracie!
ReplyDeleteAnother great episode! Love to hear her enthusiasm for all things Disney! I just got back and have another boatload of pictures to scrap and only 94 days before we go back. We have three more trips planned this year. Gotta get it in as much as I can while we have the extra perks. Love this stamp set. I'm going to go check it out
ReplyDeleteSo fun to hear a little bit from a Disney insider! It would be so fun to be able to go so often wouldn't it? Thanks for keeping me company on my commute today, Tracie and Danielle! The stamps and dies from My Favorite Things look fabulous. Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great episode! I loved hearing so many layout ideas & ideas for photos to take on our next Disney vacation. It was really great hearing from a Disney insider!
ReplyDeleteYour podcasts always put me in the mood to scrap Disney! We just got back from a trip, so my head is spinning with ideas. One of my favorite tips is using QR codes to get videos into the scrapbooks!
